Very flexible company. They are very understanding and accepting of work/life balance and provide multiple opportunities to make your schedule work for you. Growing quickly, which is opening up more opportunities for growth and promotion. Great environment for getting your foot in the door to recruiting and learning all the ins and outs.

Cons

Lots of changes going on. Hard to keep up sometimes.

The company is understanding of employees' family situations and is flexible and work with us to help us succeed while navigating those situations. The management team has an open door policy and stands by that, so they're always willing to talk to their employees. The company has a very entrepreneurial culture, and if we are passionate about a cause, organization or activity, Hire Velocity encourages us to take initiative and get the company and our colleagues involved.
