Worst Place to Work in Silicon Valley

Pros

The lower level people are friendly, hardworking, and the backbone that upper management breaks to keep this company afloat.

Cons

Upper management is not open to communication, and cares very little about employee well-being. They make each employee do the work of three employees without fair compensation for the increased work load. Status reviews come years late and with raises in the cent amounts despite stellar reviews. Overall this company's upper management is driving it into the ground and taking as much money for themselves as they can before doing so.

Great Company

Pros

Small company backed by a large conglomerate gives you that family environment with the budget of a much larger company. Benefits are amazing! Really chill.

Cons

Communication can be difficult at times. Feast or famine type work, which can get annoying.
