      Good Pay. Job Details are extremely key.

      Cons

      They don’t seem to be too fond of black people never saw one black person working there from answering phones to the guy installing wiring. Lack of African American inclusion.

      Its okay if you like over time and are not keen on growth. Benefits are decent compared to other employers in the area. I've met a few great people here.

      Poor communication. Poor treatment of staff. Opportunities for growth are limited. No external training. Poor maintenance culture.
