I worked for a staffing company and I was placed with a blond haired black woman team lead for Hitachi that would not talk are help me with learning my job. She seemed like she had it in for me. I asked her one day how to do something and she told me Quote "Don't you know how to read" etc, etc, She would talk to me any kind of way around other employees. They ran in packs, so I was forced to resign. It's a bad place to work.

Not focused on making sure new hires understand the process or worried about if they are getting trained properly. They need to train management on how to train.
