      I heard of this company's reputation before I considered working here and gave it the benefit of the doubt because it could be isolated incidences among employees. However, I found out first hand that this is a bad place to work and I will never forgive what they did to me!

      Pros

      Big company, secure if you don't make waves.

      Cons

      I am a CPA and my bosses were all accountants that excelled at creative accounting. I used to object when I saw something that I thought could cause a problem for an audit, but it was pretty clear that my input wasn't wanted. One of my colleagues was fired for taking a hard stand so I thought I would just leave. I get that accounting can be more art than science, but I have a high ethical compass and I needed to live with myself.

      Pros

      I've met some amazing people working here, Good pay and great benefits package. You can have as many hours as you want. Amazing job security if you are a hard worker.

      Cons

      The company sets un-achievable goals for it's understaffed/undertrained operators. Machine errors that you have to explain at the end of the shift to a supervisor who wasn't present. Taking lunches 6-7 hours into the shift in order to rotate breaks due to having an undertrained staff, leaving all the heavy lifting to one trained operator at a time. Lots of favoritism, supervisors bringing in friends and family who climb the ladder almost instantly. (Not all are this way and some good people are at the top, but it's getting way worse.)
