      Pros

      Flexible time. Dont have 20 words minimum to complete this block. no pros. Flexible time is the only good thing.

      Cons

      meeting are more than 8 hours, inefficient, I recommend this company to divorced or to anti social people. engineers here can not have peaceful personal life, had to work on long weekends too

      Global company. Stable. Work life balance is very good.

      Cons

      Slow to change.Salary may not be competitive in today's market. Job may require more activities then what the job description indicates. Doing more with less resources. Some benefits taken away.

      Great benefits.

      Cons

      Management are lazy,incompetent,and liars. You will constantly be forced to work overtime and 7 days straight and if you can't for some reason they threaten to fire you. If you are not a lazy person and you show that you are then expected to pick up the slack for every other shift and constantly fix their mistake or be punished for it. They also have zero care or consideration for men and women that work for them.
