      Able to work your own small area of operators and machines

      Unsafe, low pay for salary position, breakneck speed and huge amounts of overtime expected of you.

      A socially consious company overall (However, the management of the healthcare company was not as committed, or respectful to this as the parent company) Good work/life balance Good benefits

      Cons

      Some of the upper managment were mired in the past, but they were all in their early 60's, so I imaging that this will change soon.
