Pros

The benefits are the best thing about the job! All the perks are backed by being linked to a huge conglomerate, while HTA still has the feel of a smaller company. All the standard benefits, such as (terrific) subsidized health insurance, 401K with 3+% company matching, paid holidays and vacation, etc., etc..

Cons

Serving the semiconductor industry is grueling and the work (of course) is repetitive and tedious. (It is frequently quite boring.) Customers are very demanding, and push for sometimes untenable deadlines/results. The workload varies considerably from day to day.
