      Great health insurance benefits. Good people not in management.

      Cons

      Everything else. This company is mismanaged from the top and the dysfunction permeates everything in the culture.

      Pros

      The pa was really good. $12 an hour and you received a paycheck every week.

      Cons

      The work was entirely too long. 12 hour shifts every single day except weekends. On weekends you would work 10 hour shifts, so no room for anything else. Barely in benefits provided. I would not recommend anyone work here unless really have too.

      Pros

      I worked for one of the divisions of Hitachi for 8 years. They were one of the best companies I have had the opportunity to work with. Very customer focused and very employee focused. They listen to their customers and try to develop products that will exceed their customers explications and Hitachi will develop a high quality product.

      Cons

      The only real problem I saw was that Hitachi was sometimes late to market with new products. This may be a result of two basic issues: 1.) Cultural differences. 2.) Desire to make sure the product was manufactured RIGHT the FIRST time.
