Pros
Pretty good pay, some days you don't have work to do.
Cons
- culture of fear, everyone at the home office is miserable and scared to death of losing their job. - you will constantly be flying around on a days notice and be gone up to a week at a time with little to no direction. - high turnover, company had multiple mass layoffs where new employees were laid off only to bring in previous employees with 15+ years experience. - Over micro-managed - Some states don't have coverage so expect a rotating shift of trips to un-covered states. - Nights and weekends
