      Pros

      Don't micromanage, and are very kind and polite in general. Family oriented atmosphere and a good deal of community outreach activities.

      Cons

      Dealing with projects as large as they do sometimes leads to confusion and lack of communication between groups. Time difference between USA and parent company in Japan can also make communication difficult.

      Working with other employees at Hitachi is enjoyable. The employees embody a team work ethic. They also treat one another very much like family.
