      Cons

      Very domestic market despite all the global talk. If you work at or in close coordination with headquarters frequently you'll ultimately realize that domestic tendencies and preferences rule.

      With a global vision and mission,local leadership and management team is providing complete authority responsibility and opportunity to employees. Its a growing organisation, having best HR practice and policies. Leadership team is working strategically to achieve the organisational goals and customer satisfaction. There is ample parity in PMS increment process and further there is harmony in employees, they work as a team. This company is like your extended family. There is no space for ill intentional people.

      There is no downside here. IF you work with enthusiasm and professionalism, you can achieve heights here.

      Had great time here. People in leadership team were quite professional & masters in their field. Great management & leadership. Vision to continuously improve & give challenging objectives to everyone was culture of this company.

      Lack of volume growth gave a feeling of less opportunities.
