      Pros

      Excellent organization to work for where individual opinions are respected and thoroughly discussed within the team and top management. I got excellent exposure to understand the true japanese culture and interact with a team of fine professionals who were always supportive and encouraging. This organization gives you the platform to perform beyond your limits and also makes it possible to achieve it. This truely gives you a true sense of professional satisfaction

      Cons

      I do not see any downside in working for Hitachi Metals India. I believe that if you have positivity within you you can make things happen and create an Aura of positivity around you. There are always two sides of a coin and it always matters how you look t it. The management is professional and throws challenges which is good for growth of any particular individual. Hence I would have no hestation to work for HMI at any point of time in future.

      Everything is under system. This company againsts bribery business. All group of companies are united. People are nice and friendly.

      For support staff, promotion may consider last.
