very toufh too many overwork.not a professional engineers. decision making process is very low. very concervative management that is very reluctant for changes.

A Japanese company - hence take time - a whole lot of time to take decisions. It is a consensus driven organisation and everyone has to be brought on board - which sometimes can be a challenge.
