1. One of the Worst Company to work. 2. Management is not Professional, Company Runs like a Proprietorship. 3. No clarity on Work & Job you Perform 4. They Hire for for x role & after joining they will give you y role. 5. Not Much Learning Opportunity. 6. Human Resource depart. needs big change. 7. On Paper Incentive Looks Lucrative, but when it time for payable, company is not paying @ all.. Last 3 years company has not paid the Incentive. 8. You Don't have liberty to take the decision. 9. Senior Management needs to change. 10. Worst Culture. 11. Even if They provide handsome salary don't peruse carrier with Hitachi Hirel , you will ruin your life.
