      Pros

      It's a good company to work at and I'm mostly satisfied with my job environment. The company is huge, which means it has a strict bureaucracy. The salary and other benefit package is competitive.

      Cons

      No life-work balance. It is true for most of Japanese companies but overtime is pretty crazy. I usually work 60-70 hrs/week without any compensation and so does the rest of people.
