      Stable when you choose to stay on your comfort zone Secured when you choose to just stay and be a yes man Happy environment when you choose to be have positive disposition despite of politics inside Leaves are given but mgmt will encourage you to take a little less because it is business after-all Friendly co-workers if you choose to be friendly

      Slooooooow growth Criteria on promotion is not applicable to all, promotion is not based on performance but the biggest factor is “does your team needs it?” Team with multiple turnovers due to poor mgmt dont have any sanction, but members wearing decent tshirt can have suspension because you have to learn the hard way A tendency to be working more than what your designation describes but will only meets their expectations for you not to demand for compensation
