      Pros

      My experience had been somewhat pleasant. All employees and upper management were courteous and polite, granted that all Business Unit employees may have different experiences. No heavy politics!

      Cons

      Support groups not truly appreciated. Pay, in terms of the industry was lower than the competition and therefore turnover was on the high side. Promotions were difficult since no new opportunities were presented (basically if someone quit then there will be a chance) Leadership program catered to only individuals in Management which didn't make any sense since the individuals were already in leadership positions. Also, It did not yield any true results for the participants.
