      There is a great opportunity to grow your skill. With a vast resource pool, knowledge sharing across consultants is an advantage. Exposure to different industries further polishes the employee's consulting skill.

      Make sure your reporting authority is ambitious. If he is so comfortable and peaceful with his salary they will not fight for you, so he will not grow as well as you(means you will be wasting your time here)
