      Pros

      Reasonable company to work for overall. Many of the projects are interesting, cutting-edge, and the pay is fairly competitive.

      Cons

      Some of the recent company reviews appear to be from fake shill accounts, to bump up the overall glassdoor rating. If you talk to people who are actually the front-line workers, while yes it is a reasonable company to work for, there are a lot of major problems with accountability at the senior leadership level, especially the US old boys club senior leadership. The impact to Canada has as well has been extremely difficult, as their workforce is being slashed while the US worker, middle, and senior management jobs are being justified and protected.

      Pros

      Hitachi Solutions was one of the better jobs that I have had. There was some stress, but the whole company is such a team that everyone helps and supports one another. Leadership was always looking for ways to improve employee life and collaboration.

      Cons

      Being that everyone was so close in the company I felt the need to keep up with my coworkers and keep myself at a high enough level to be compared to them in the business environment.

      Pros

      The work environment was very positive, I actually enjoyed getting up and going to work. The team was motivating one another and the leaders were pretty much always there to answer questions and give you direction. The benefits were also really good, I was able to get my entire family on my insurance plan and the company pays up to 6% for your 401K (free money).

      Cons

      Nothing different than any other company, if you care about your company's livelihood you will work weekends and put in the extra effort. It's just something that comes with the territory. I still felt a good life and work balance, but there were times where I would come in on Saturdays to get a project finished, or travel to client site for a week.
