Pros
I worked on a very interesting prototype throughout my internship. My managers worked very hard to find a project that was tailored to both my desires and skills. There was a fully stocked mini kitchen with excellent snacks to keep us fueled throughout the day! Managers and team members were super helpful and accessible throughout the entire program! Tons of freedom to continue how you'd like!
Cons
There isn't much structure to the intern program, so while it allows a lot of freedom, it is also easy to get off track from what you *should* be working on. If you schedule regular meetings with your managers, you'll be fine!
