      Pros

      Good cafetria. Learning curve is good.

      Cons

      Work pressure if very very high. You need to come on each and every saturday to work and should stay beyound late night to get appraised. Middle Management and Tech Leads are too arrogant No respect for the employee from the leads. Immature tech leads who has tech skills but no managerial skills.

      Industry leader with a solid customer base- great projects and work and exceptional surrounding talent and teams. Have gained invaluable experience from my time here.

      Cons

      Nothing outside of your normal challenges when it comes to implementing software. Overall, I have very few complaints about the company.

      Pros

      I truly enjoy coming to work. I am able to work with an awesome team... intelligent individuals who support one another... great projects and great work environment. Overall, very positive environment.

      Cons

      job requires travel and if you should expect to work hard... it's the nature of the business. You may work nights and weekends (rarely) and travel may be frequent and possibly even on short notice... but there is also a good work life balance and never have I felt too overwhelmed or overworked or felt that I was traveling too much.
