      -Continually improving, driving to be as innovative as possible -Supportive of continual learning and improving technical skills -Committed to diversity and inclusion efforts, they have made significant progress in the past year on their policies, programs, and messaging to support women in the organization (though there is still room for improvement here) -CEO is transparent and easily accessible, cares about the culture -Strong team mentality -Competitive compensation and benefits package and dynamic time off

      -Work/life balance can be a struggle for some, depending on their manager -The culture of the sales organization has room for improvement to continue to move away from the old Boys' Club mentality -Focus on simplifying the sales model
