      Great company but overstaffed

      Pros

      The company has a lot of solid project management processes and internal software training. There were a lot of new positions created that allowed people to have opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      They hired too many people post pandemic and have gone through multiple rounds of layoffs.

      Good Salary, bonus, benefits, 401k, health insurance, dental insurance

      Cons

      0 work-life balance, work overtime to complete the tasks, but can't charge overtime. Unlimited PTO is a total lie, you have to meet a minimum of 1850 hours of billable time.

      Pros

      Coworkers are amazing. Work is challenging, but great. Benefits and pay above average.

      Cons

      Constantly changing the comp structure. Now have to be over 90% billable in a quarter to get a bonus, and a lousy one at that. Only care about billings as this is all Japan cares about. Lots of empty promises and zero corporate card for US employees yet want you to travel all over the place and use your own card.
