      Too much politics. You can get away without working hard as long your utilization is good.

      Pros

      Can just jimmy your time sheet and put in 8 billable hours a day and as long as you have over 90% utilization - no one gives you a hard time Work-Life Balance Good Health Insurance If you want a place not to work too hard and get a decent pay then this is good place to cool your heels.

      Cons

      Management has no clue what you are doing Project can go anywhere. As long as you are billable and it is profitable - no one cares. However, if profitability goes below target then hell breaks lose. Customer Sat surveys happen but they are all jimmied up to make them look rosy Lots of Politics and Power Games

      Pros

      Some intelligent life left but leaving like the plague has hit. There are still a few good people but the new senior management, primarily from the south, will drive out anyone that doesn't agree and go along. They can pay more because they are backed by Hitachi which is a large global company so if you decide to go there, ask for a lot more than you think you can get.

      Cons

      Executive and Senior management from a southern company. Ya, think southern, because they do. If you like conservative, southern and the way they think, then you'll like this company and get along just fine. If you are forward thinking, enjoy leadership that listens and takes everyone's ideas into consideration, embraces diversity, you know, people who live in the current century, then keep looking. This is most likely not the place for you. Also, they don't tell you when people are leaving or joining, its all secret, hush, hush type stuff. They seem afraid to let everyone know the number of people leaving each week and it is going from bad to worse. It's not fun unless you fit into the clique or at least are ok with pretending you do.
