      Pros

      After working here for 4 years, still cannot find a reason to switch. Salary, comfort, stability, I think everything is here. The CDM program is one of the best thing here and has helped me immensely

      Cons

      If I have to nit pick, the HR bits can be improved. The HR related technical platforms have convoluted workflows. Also, you are only allowed to work from anywhere for 10 days a year when more days are offered by other companies.
