      Great relationships formed with certain employees, great remote flexability

      Cons

      The company was extremely unorganized, showed NO desire to retain employees or cared what others thought, and never cared to help young employees in there career. They always were expecting young employees to know it all and did not like any change!! Toxic Workplace that teaches you little and expects it all!

      You get what you put in. If you want a good work life balance you can do that and be successful or if you want to put in a lot of extra hours you'll be recognized. Great pay and benefits. Inclusive culture. Easy to move around to other teams if you want to.
