      Pros

      Good work life balance. Has a better job security. Lot of opportunity to explore different technology.

      Cons

      Unclear job roles. .Net professional ask to work on non .net technology and vice versa. Limited projects in .net. Will be asked to work on any technology even if it is RPA. Management is worst here. There is no long term projects. Project work is for 2-3 Months and then again we have to search for new work.Appraisal are delayed.

      The co worker are great and not toxic. The benefit and salary are good!

      Cons

      Almost none, sometimes the project is challenging but it will be needed to grow.
