Pros

Good pay and benefits, especially for part-timers

Cons

The management I encountered was the rudest, immature and condescending I have come across. I am educated and have work and volunteer experience doing related duties. I was talked down to regarding how to do my job like I had the IQ of a potato. My background was ignored and even looked down on. Horrendous way to treat employees who can and want to do good work.

Pros

Pretty decent pay, Sundays off, holidays off, always things to do to keep you busy. Good atmosphere most the time.

Cons

Every full time employee make the same amount regardless of their work ethic. Poor communication between managers and employees. If you work hard plan on doing other people's work as well.
