Frustrated and In-Charge

Pros

Money is good, the job can be challenging yet fun, very easy to learn. Good atmosphere and great people. So much you can learn by working here.

Cons

Had to deal with HR a few times, first issue was fine, second was meh, and every time after that I notice they don't have as good of ethics as I used to believe. Their policies don't require fairness and they don't promote within to salary positions. Men run the company and don't care if they hire other misogynistic men.

Pros

A dynamic and highly organized creative department that is free from the typical hipster boys-club environment of many other agency-like environments. The department is huge and there is no shortage of talent, resources or opportunities for growth. They are very pro-work/life balance. Expect a 40 hour work week most of the time.

Cons

Despite its size, it is a family run business. Priorities are often fickle and some of the staffing decisions are based on cultural "fit," rather than talent or work produced. They often say they want innovation and thinking outside the box, but then reprimand those who present new ideas. But all told, the benefits far outweigh the negatives.

Sunday’s off, nice people, easy job responsibility

Cons

No training, work schedules change without notice even after posted, no training, often get reprimanded/corrected/blamed for mistakes in front of customers
