Pros

The time that you aren’t at work, because pulling into the parking lot is an absolute nightmare. You might actually get some hours during Christmas.

Cons

Too many to say, but management is basically a sack of potatoes and isn’t willing to help you with anything.

Pros

Guaranteed Sundays off, above average pay scale compared to similar companies and positions

Cons

Holiday season overtime hours in the 4th quarter versus begging for hours in the slow first and second quarter

Pros

You get paid a decent amount of money if you're just a cashier. I wouldn't work here full time - not worth it.

Cons

They don't take pride in who they hire for management. Their HR department is a disaster, and let some middle school level drama fester, until a lot of people lost their jobs because they wouldn't listen. The management is poorly trained, and Hobby Lobby depends on training from retail giants like WalMart because they're too cheap to invest in teaching their upper level employees how they should act.
