Treated like cattle instead of people. Constantly expected to work huge amounts of overtime, and expected to work over scheduled times without prior warning. Any time off needed is met with a fight, or claimed forgotten about. Despite promises of moving up for years nothing ever happened. Constantly talked down to by the DM Generally terrible work environment

pay was great... vacation was amazing... was at employment for 5 years.. had the most amazing manager first 2 years then new manager.... was very happy the first 2 years then everything went absolutely horrible...

Cons

New manager was abusive ...bullying employees... and harassed me for 3 years.. called the women horrible names... discriminated employees weight/ religions... i went up the chain of command like i was told and nothing happened, that was after 9 months of the harassment by manager and co- manager... district manger...regional manger...hr and not one of them did anything... I THOUGHT THIS WAS A CHRISTIAN COMPANY???? absolutely put me through hell... the abuse... harassment.... bullying got so bad that after 5 years of working for this company that i loved.... i had to walk out....The harassment.. bullying...abuse was to much and nobody protected me... the victim in all this... truly sad and breaks my heart.. the once company i loved... did not protect me from the harassment, bullying, and abuse from manger and co- manger...

If you work really, really hard you can move up from part-time to full- time. Good benefits.

Cons

It is a very physical job. Never enough time or help to get projects done in time. Management constantly watching and letting you know you need to work harder. Huge turn over of employees. Very little training, so be ready to hit the sales floor running. Majority of CA safety rules ignored so plenty of injuries. Glass ceiling, if you ever wanted to move up in the company.
