Pros

The pay is good for individuals seeking extra income or college students.

Cons

It can be very stressful at times such as standing on your feet for hours and during holidays season.

Pros

I loved working at Hobby Lobby. Fellow coworkers were friendly, the atmosphere was great, and the hours were very reasonable.

Cons

Employee turnover is very high. I don't know what the situation is at every Hobby Lobby, but I learned in my short time there to not count on anyone else (except the people who'd already been there for more than five years) to still be there in the next few months.

Pros

slightly above average pay, good benefits for full time, a couple holidays off, get to meet all kinds of people.

Cons

complete lack of modern technology, poor communication from corporate, poor communication from management, overworked and under appreciated employees, understaffed and disorganized stores, no advancement opportunities, no company or employee reviews.
