Pros

Christian company. Sundays off. Profitability is high. Probably the best retail job out there. If you understand retail hours =success you will be fine.

Cons

Long hours. Tough to achieve goals at times. Typical retail scenario, all employees must be extremely efficient or you will struggle. Hard to find such employees for pay. Pay is somewhat deceiving when you look at hours required.

Pros

Glassdoor admins should really be doing IP searches for reviews posted. It is pretty obvious while reading thru the review which ones are fake. This time last year Greens approval was about half, and there was not a good review to be found. Pretty sure most positive reviews will trace to OKC. or a city with a store that has a recruiter office in it.

Cons

There is nothing happening in this company that demonstrates Christian Values. If you are considering this company, take the time to visit a few stores. Talk to the manager, ask them if they are divorced, ask them about time with family, ask them about enjoying the holiday season. Ask if they get to spend Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas with the family having had some sleep the night before. Ask them if they are ever approved to leave a bit early from a 12-15 work day to see a kids soccer game, band/choir performance. Ask what its like to be pressured not to take the entire 30 minute meal break a salaried manager receives during a 12-15 hour work day. Ask what its like to have a 45 minute commute to and from the store for that 15 hour shift, and still try to work in a shower, meal and sleep... before it all starts over again. Get out and do some homework.
