      Pros

      Great place to work enjoyed the hands on management style that Hobbly Lobby uses. Should have never left. Give it a try.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I mean it is retail so the hours are long nut the pay is worth it.

      Pros

      Better balance between work and family than you get from most retailers. Willing to to give you time off for special events in your life. Learn a wide variety of skills.

      Cons

      No technology to speak of which makes it difficult to effectively monitor inventory and track prices. No scanning hinders service levels at the check out lanes. Inconsistent communication from management.

      Stores closed on Sunday Growing company - adding an average of 30 New stores per year Promote from within policy allows plenty of room for advancement Based on biblical principals Financially solid company Your work helps support missions Run on common sense, not tons of paperwork or red tape $11.00 hour min. wage for all FT employees Competitive pay for managers

      Cons

      If you are lazy, this is not for you. If you are dependant on scanners and have forgotten basic math, then Hobby Lobby is not for you. If you love paperwork and red tape then this is not your place to be. It's run on old style merchandising with great customer service and it works!
