Manager is the worst example of a leader I have ever worked with. She is more worried about being the best and getting her bonus than how she treats her employees. Her ability to squash any happiness or fulfillment from good work is detrimental to employee moral.
There is no development for department heads. You have to work through all management positions to be considered for a co manager or store manager, even if qualified, or have more experience than they do. Do not take a position and think you will be able to move up! They hire from outside and keep department heads under their thumb.
Worked in retail for years and their payroll allotment for resets, and setting seasonal is a joke. There is never a moment to breath and work in your own department.
