      Pros

      Great place to work as an hourly associate. Great pay and benefits!

      Cons

      Very long hours! No chance of a home life as a Comanager or Store Manager. The company acts as though they own you and they make you feel guilty every time you take a day off.

      Pros

      Can be a fun job depending on what store you work at. Decent Salary and closed on Sundays. Generally good employees.

      Cons

      Poor upper management!! R.V.P., D.M. and Store Manager give different direction that conflict. . That is 33% odds of getting you're job done without conflict. D.M. has no concern for employees and at any level and often shifts blame to the wrong employees. This is a Christian owned company not a Christian operated company. To many injustices occurred during my tenure to list including personal unwarranted personal attack on employees, vendettas, and threats.

      Pros

      If you can get full time the pay is good however doesn't compensate for cons.

      Cons

      Poor management follow through along with poor communication skills. Favoritism shown to certain employees. Managers lack good relation skills with employees. Lack of discipline for employees who abuse break time. Poor job training.
