      New manager running #417 store into ground

      Pros

      Coworkers made the job the best. Vacation time and sick pay are always a plus.

      Cons

      Hard work is ok, long days is ok, but POOR communication with new management. It has become a sexist, unhappy environment.

      Closed Sundays. Full time employees make 15.00/ hour

      Cons

      Recruiter will tell you as a salary co mgr you are expected to work 55 hours per week, it's more like 65- 80 with no comp time given to you. Ever hanging schedule. Working open to close atleast 2 days a week. Just because the store closes at 8 pm, don't expect to leave until 10, 11 or midnight! District managers have their favorite managers and the store managers can treat employees however they feel fit, to include working 6 days a week or 15-18 hour days! Be expected to have no family life so I hope you have no life. Don't make the same mistake I did. They will pay you a good salary, but do the math, it will be 12.00/hr if you figure out the number of hours you put in.

      Pros

      No sundays to work. Every other weekend off, unheard of in retail. With the exception of peak season.

      Cons

      None, great to work. Wish I was still there.
