never hire full time, always just part time until a full time position is open, which there are few
cutting hours to keep the big wigs rolling in the dough
expecting everyone to work nights which usually follows with a 8 am call for morning
not paying fair wages to dept managers
new hires get the same full time salary that those who have been there for many years , everyone should get their own merit / annual raises that goes beyond new hire wages
expect each person to do the work of 3 people in an unreasonable amount of time and when they do it instead of encouragement and praise for a job well done you only get more criticism of how you should now do even more
Dave Green has no idea how hard we work to keep him in the millions and while most of the wages are fair, there are many gaps that should be better, and there should be more appreciation for what we do instead of criticism pushing for more when we already to so much more than we should have to because they keep the store understaffed
