Pros

Some of the employees are very nice. The work isn't as repugnant as the management is. Co-workers help, when they are allowed to. Pay is slightly better than minimum wage.

Cons

Store 500 is run by a petulant, emotionally uneven manager. They expect you to bow down to their schedules and could care less about working with yours. Training is often overlooked and the chase for sales is counter productive. You will never work a full 40 hours or overtime. Hipocrasy runs rampant- money is their real god.

Pros

Fun to be in a crafting store

Cons

Store manager has clear favorites and hard work goes unnoticed if your not one of his favorites. HR opens investigations on employees making valid complaints instead of addressing the issue with manager.
