      Coworkers are very kind people

      Cons.....let me start with harassment! The managers expect the world from you and only pay 10$ an hour. Full time is almost impossible to get and as part time you can’t average more than 25 hours a week or they have to cut you back down to none so you’re average goes down. Also your schedule doesn’t matter, you can’t leave til you’re done with your work so you’ll find yourself there on truck days which is every week working 14 hours a week. Do not apply here unless you’re on your last dime and you’re very desperate!

      The pay is good. The discount is helpful if you are in to crafting and home decor.

      Cons

      HARD WORK! Poor work life balance. Most rules are not actually rules at all so its a dog and pony show. The DM likes it and says do more the Regional hates it and says do this instead then the DM reprimands you for doing what you were told to do by his/her boss. Nothing is difinitive everything is based on District and Regional management preference. District and regional managers never have the same preference.

      Beautiful merchandise, employee discount Is nice

      Cons

      upper management didn’t care about how one is treated. I wa told by district manager: if you get yelled at on the floor in front of customers it’s ok because we don’t have time to talk in the office, we’re too busy we are here to make sales .
