The bonus was awesome until it got taken away.

Cons

The management was awful. I didn't receive one review in the 4 years I was there. They also run a tight ship... must be at your desk at 8am, must take an hour lunch and don't leave your desk until 4:30pm.

A lot of older employees that are set in their ways, they take long lunches.come in late.leave early and managers do nothing..if you don't fit in they will let you go. Would not recommended for ambitious people. They will not let you advance.
