Pros

Great people. Fun and creative products. Team oriented atmosphere. Better than average benefits package. Casual dress code - jeans! Upper management is open to change and giving employees a change to voice their opinions. Sometimes changes are made based on our feedback. The company seems to care if employees are happy. Most recent change allowing employees to work from home twice a month.

Cons

Work - Life balance is a struggle. Not enough man power to handle the work load. High turn over in marketing team, leaves designers and other departments in an endless cycle of training new marketing team members. Vacation Time starts at 10 days per year and is only increased after FIVE years of employment. Many get burnt out and quit before they are ever awarded more time off.

Creative product lines, decent pay/benefits, some nice and fun people work there

Cons

Terrible CEO/Management/Leadership in general, Company gets sold every 5 years so there is constant change and disruption, heavy workload and short timelines, not a pleasant place to work anymore.
