Can year over year growth can meet the expectations of the private equity owners?

Pros

Company grew both organically and through acquisitions. Company actively pursued developing new products on both the consumer and foodservice sides of the business. Finding and developing new products that were sustainable and used biodegradable materials was a priority.

Cons

Growth on the consumer side seemed capped; only a limited number of potential new customers (Dollar General, for example) were available and lack of manufacturing capacity and meeting customer's price point didn't allow to win the DG business. It remains to be seen if year over year growth can meet the expectations of the private equity owners. Lack of resourcefulness among many employees. Many struggled to do/try things that were new to them.
