1. HR is so behind the times. They run this like its the 1960's manufacturing industry. It's a huge turn off to the younger generations. Don't work here if you are looking for a progressive HR mentality. There is no PTO system. They do random drug tests in the office. The wellness program is just smoke and mirrors with no substance. They shoot down any idea that comes to them quickly. The theme is "We looked at that and it doesn't make sense for us." 2. The Private equity company makes all the decisions. It's just the nature of the ownership structure. It's something you have to live with. 3. If someone is upset at the company, the company will make everyone upset so as to not deal with problem. 4. Very old, run down and out dated office. It's down right depressing.

A lot of older employees that are set in their ways, they take long lunches.come in late.leave early and managers do nothing..if you don't fit in they will let you go. Would not recommended for ambitious people. They will not let you advance.
