Some good people work here.

Cons

Limited product growth and profit margins, few positions with career potential, owned by private equity firm, disconnect between senior and front line management, individual agendas, typical small town factory environment, ok if looking for a couple years experience.out of college, some bad people.

Few good people who can make it a fun place to work.

Cons

Poor leadership, unethical, they only look out for themselves and whomever they are hooking up with. It is embarrassing how antequated their systems are yet thousands of dollars are spent on alcohol and traveling for leadership. Save yourself the brain cells and find an ethical company to work for that will help you grow as an employee. There are no career advancement opportunities.
