Pros

The best thing about working at Hoffmaster was the people. They are good, hardworking individuals for the most part. The benefits were good and salary average for the area. Overall a positive place to work and grow.

Cons

Some of the challenges of working here were the work-life balance. They also were not flexible with hours and not the best company for women raising a family. They were not as forward thinking as many companies for this time.

Co-workers were great! I really enjoyed the day to day interaction with everyone.

Cons

There are way too many levels between the guy who runs the machine and the guy who runs the company. With only 300+ employees, you shouldn't need 7 layers of management,.
