Union, feel like I was discriminated against working with three other females. They let me go after the first week because they put me in the floor the second day. Terrible training set up

Good benefits and time off. Work from home twice per month. Casual dress

Cons

Senior management does not listen to employees. Complaints about supervisors do not help. Nothing gets done. Training is horrible and nonexistent. You better know what you are doing when you get here because you will be expected to know everything and not be trained.
