Nice personal office, good parties

This place is like working in high school - complete with clicks, bosses that ignore you, co-workers that are inclusive and if you they don't like your personality enough your out. No warnings or talk before they fire you for no reason - good luck. I should have listen to my friends warnings about working there.

pay, strong hold in the market place. Management is nice to work with. Leadership is always willing to stop and talk to people.

Cons

Union runs the company, do not cross the union or your safety can be put on the line. They Union will squeeze the hard workers out by any means necessary. The union creates a unhappy work place.

Depends on relationship immediate supervisor.

Cons

Office politics are out of control. Job performance is not a factor considered for advancement or lateral opportunities. Always an "intangible" issue that management can't explain to staff. Poor employee morale. Extremely high turnover. Leadership only concerned with personal success and building their own resumes/portfolios, not long-term solutions or growing talented individuals. Favoritism is how promotions are awarded.
