      Lots of exposure to many different trades and their associated hazards. Gained experience and met many wonderful folks.

      Cons

      Long hours, but that’s the nature of the work.

      Pros

      Rewarding experience. One of the best Construction Companies that works with the best Clients. There's a large focus on employee feedback and curtailing the company to their employees. There's an opportunity for long-term employment in the same location.

      Cons

      None. Understand your role and responsibility. They want to employee people who want to grow in their career and not coast. This is not a place where you can coast.
